About the Trainer, Patti Serrano
These are the type of testimonies Patti Serrano hears more and more these days as business owners know the need for speaking and empowering their teams and companies. Serrano started the Entrepreneur Club/University to help the business owners learn techniques to take themselves and their companies to the next level.
She started speaking in the late 70's when many MBA classes, newspapers, TV shows asked her to appear to discuss her journey with the phenomenal startup story called the "Boogie Board." So many people were interested in the fact that this small foam board started in a garage in Carlsbad, California by Tom Morey. Tom had asked Serrano to help with the sales and promotions of the board.
Many of those early principles Serrano used to advance the marketing of the product she uses today in her Training Manual for Business Owners. Throughout her life she became a "top producer" and wanted to share how she did that with the creation of the Entrepreneur Club/University. The most asked question to Patti Serrano today is "How did you do that, and how can I do that?
Hence, the Entrepreneur Club/University evolved into four categories. The first is the core of the group which is the trainings. Second, networking chapters evolved out of the trainings, when Serrano saw how much business was exchanged in the trainings among business owners. Third, a series of Meetups are planned so business owners can get together in a casual/friendly environment. And, lastly Business to Business Expo's are scheduled in areas to promote business showcasing for the members.
